Most people have probably forgotten about the 1984 film, Iceman. I only recently rediscovered the film on Netflix. The film is really good and keep our interest the whole time.
The film is about an arctic exploration discovery of a man trapped inside a glacier for over 40,000 years. Upon melting the ice and infusing him with new blood, to their surprise, he comes back to life.
With scientist now having revived him, they are now willing to kill him in order to learn more about him. One of the teams scientist is the only thing standing between the Iceman and the scientists.
