Knocked Up
A great comedy by director Judd Apatow. It stars Seth Rogan (a well known name nowadays) and Katherine Heigl. They have a one night stand, the night of her big promotion and she ends up pregnant. The film and plot are hilarious with the usual weed jokes and funny incompetence on Rogan’s part.
Though, in real life, there was a conflict between the Director, Rogan, and Heigl. A few years after the film, Heigl got casted for Grey’s Anatomy and ended up taking a break from the show, citing that she was having issues with the Producers. At this point, Rogan and Apatow stepped in and said that while filming this movie, they had issues with her as well.
It’s a hilarious film and one you’ll want to see on those down and out days. Someone always has it worse than you, even if it’s only on TV.
