Year One
Year One is a 2009 comedy starring funnyman Jack Black and Michael Cera. I thought the film was OK. It spun off a lot of jokes and stereo types that most of us have heard before, with a little bit of originality and mocking of some elements of history. Overall, it did what it was intended to do, make me laugh. It’s also littered with hot women, scantly dressed, which didn’t hurt its cause with the male viewer, including this one. Year One is a good rental flick for nights where you just want to relax and not think or do anything serious. One of those ‘I’ve had enough’ nights.
